John D. Beran was born in San Antonio Texas, graduated High School from Texas Military Institute, and majored in Business at the University of Texas in Austin. He currently resides in Fallbrook with his wife, Cheryl, and their thirteen year old daughter, Rosey, who attends Sullivan Middle School in Bonsall.
Mr. Beran has been active in Real Estate for 25 years as both a Developer and a Real Estate Broker, and specializes in North County Coastal Properties.
He was recently honored as Realtor Of The Decade, after ten consecutive years of being named the Top Producer for Ranch and Sea Realty, one of San Diego counties largest independent brokerages with offices in Oceanside, Carlsbad, La Costa, and Del Mar.
Mr. Beran was President of Beran’s Nurseries, a commercial, wholesale nursery located in Encinitas, CA. He served as the Board of Realtors Director and sat on many committees. He was a candidate for the North San Diego County Area Planning Group, and served as an Advisory Council Member to the California Commission on Agriculture's Pesticide Committee. He is an Oceanside and Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce member, and served as Building Committee Chair and Council President for Christ the King Lutheran Church in Fallbrook. In addition, John is active in numerous Civic and Philanthropic Organizations. |
